Directory – A New Way to Connect in Church Center

Imagine when you need to meet your small group or invite someone to a ministry meeting at a member's home...and then forget their address. What about the stress when you promise to invite a couple to a small group and forget to ask for their phone number?
No shame. We all do it, but also, awkward.
Enter, the church Directory—it’ll be relevant as long as the community is, which is to say, always. A community stays connected!
The Directory is a private place for church members to share their contact information with one another. Only church members who have been invited to the Directory will be able to see the Directory or share their information.
Church Center is where you go to connect with the life of your church by engaging with the content you share, which now includes the Directory with other church member's contact information.

Church members can search by individual names, by family, or scroll to scan faces if they don’t remember names. When they view a household page, they’ll see the family photo and then each person in the household.
So before member information is included in the Directory, members have to be invited. After people accept your email invitation, they’ll be able to choose exactly what personal and household information they would like to share.
There is little difference between a church publishing a hardcopy Directory or having your contact information on a spreadsheet. The major advantage of the Directory in Church Center is members can always go back and change their privacy preferences for their contact and household information. You have full control over what information can be shown at any time.
